At Bug-A-Salt Canada, we stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original packaging to ensure your pest control experience is nothing short of excellent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Canadian support team via email with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Bug-A-Salt fly gun and accessories in their original retail packaging, ensuring all components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Ontario distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned unit for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
